From sourcing premium global minerals to final bagging, our production line uses state-of-the-art closed-loop vertical roller grinding technologies to deliver uniform particle curves.
Follow our systematic, multi-stage refining process that translates raw calcite rocks into ultra-fine industrial powder.
High-purity limestone rocks are imported selectively from Oman, Vietnam, and Malaysia. Materials are stockpiled in covered, moisture-controlled warehouses to prevent local soil contamination.
Limestone undergoes primary screening. Oversized rocks are hand-sorted to remove yellow veins and silica impurities, followed by dry-washing to eliminate mud or clay traces.
A heavy-duty jaw crusher sizes the limestone stones down to a uniform 10-25mm feed grit size, optimal for feeding the vertical grinding mill.
The sized feedstock enters the advanced ZYM 28 Roller Mill. A series of heavy vertical rollers apply continuous mechanical pressure, crushing the mineral particles on a rotating table.
An integrated, high-speed dynamic air classifier separates ground particles. Fine particles meeting micron specifications (2-45 microns) are carried to silos, while larger grains return to the mill.
Every batch is checked for whiteness and particle size. Approved powder is packed into automatic 25kg paper/PP bags or 1000kg jumbo containers before final shipping.
